We bring you Teflon Lined Hydrothermal (PTFE) Synthesis Autoclave Reactor 100ml in Pakistan control pressure and temperature in reaction.
The Hydrothermal Autoclave reactor used to carry hydrothermal reactions at high pressure and high temperature, which adopts the external heating mode, is a closed container to dissolve the refractory material.
Our Teflon Lined Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave is widely used in new materials, energy, environmental engineering, and other scientific research and experiments; it is a small, commonly used reactor used in teaching and scientific research.
Features
- Fashion Appearance & Reasonable Structure: Stainless steel, beautiful appearance, solid & durable. High safety, easy operation.
- SS304 high-quality stainless steel reactor body. Use circular groove sealing, manual spiral firm, and excellent sealing performance.
- PTFE lining. Ultra Strong Corrosion Resistant Performance. Dissolve the Sample Rapidly Without Any Lossless. The solution should preferably not exceed 80%

How to Use
- Place the Autoclave and sterilizing material on the table.
- Release the screw-type threaded primary SS cap in an anticlockwise direction until it has been opened.
- Lift the top lid and take out the reaction chamber.
- Fill the solvent (per liner’s capacity) in the reaction chamber and seal it. Make sure that the cap should be air-tight to avoid pressure leakage.
- Place the liner in a stainless steel chamber.
- we have to Keep the top gasket over the vessel and make sure that the vessel is placed correctly in the Stainless Steel chamber.
- Then, twist the primary SS cap clockwise until it no longer turns.
- The secondary SS cap has been given at the top of the primary cap for extra tightening to avoid pressure leakages.
- Rotate the primary SS cap in the clockwise direction with the help of a locking rod for additional tightening.
- Placed the hydrothermal Autoclave in an oven or furnace and heated it till the reactor’s safe temperature.
- Increase the oven temperature and set the heating rate to 5℃/minute only.
- A researcher can heat the hydrothermal Autoclave to 180℃ for safe use.
- After the hydrothermal synthesis reaction, the Autoclave’s cooling rate will be 5℃/minute.
- Ensure that the liner is cleaned correctly for reuse after completion of the process.
